I built a 4valves Helicon for Schleppy's ..You can see him on the TubeNet Alot. Its made out 3 Horns a body from a 38K conn sousaphone, a bell from a EEb Holton, and a valve set from a 4J BBb Conn Tuba, Here are a few Pictures ... Thanks For Look Harv. hh3valves@aol.com 610-367-7232

ReplyDeleteGlad you put the pics up on your website, Harvey! I have had an unjustifyable amount of fun with this horn ever since I got it. I've played it in a Tuba Christmas, I play it in church every Sunday morning, and I've taken it to TMEA in San Antonio as well as a gun show here in Amarillo. I am constantly receiving favorable comments on the horn and how good it looks. Thanks for a job well done, Harvey!
